General Information

The Frame 6 Users Group requests that any and all Frame 6 Owner/Operators that have an interest in presenting a paper regarding an activity e.g., a CI, a forced outage, a retrofit, an upgrade, a performance modification, etc., at their sites are invited to submit an abstract for the upcoming 2012 Users Conference. Email your abstract or questions regarding presenting to the conference coordinator, Wickey Elmo.

Our Mission

The Frame 6 Users Group exists to provide members an open forum for dialogue and exchange of information to improve operational and maintenance practices related to General Electric Frame 6 series combustion turbines, and to act as a focal group to interface with the manufacturer to address generic issues with the Frame 6 fleet.

Participation in the Users Group is limited to organizations that are majority owners or operators of General Electric Frame 6 units that are currently operating, under construction, or under valid contract for future delivery.  Within the organizations that meet these criteria, group participants shall be directly involved in the asset management, operation, maintenance, or construction of the unit.

Cost

There are no annual membership fees associated with the Frame 6 Users Group.  The only costs are associated with conference registration. Conference registration fees are kept to a minimum.
